We want you to sleep well. If Nightfall doesn't work for you within 30 nights of your first bottle, email us at hello@nightfall.example and we'll refund your order in full — you don't need to return the bottle.
The guarantee applies to your first bottle only.
Under our satisfaction policy, you have 14 days from delivery to change your mind and return an unopened, unused product for a full refund. Once opened, food supplements cannot be returned for hygiene reasons — but our 30-night guarantee covers you.
If your order arrives damaged or is faulty, email us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and we'll send a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
You can cancel your subscription at any time before your next renewal date and you won't be charged again. Already-shipped orders are non-refundable outside the 30-night guarantee.
Email hello@nightfall.example with your order number. Refunds are processed within 5 business days to your original payment method.
