Nightfall ("we", "us", "our") operates this website and sells the Nightfall Evening Capsules. For any questions, contact us at hello@nightfall.example.
All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. Prices are shown in USD and include applicable VAT. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. Payment is processed securely through Stripe.
Subscription orders renew automatically every 30 days at the price shown at signup, until cancelled. You may cancel, pause, or modify your subscription at any time by contacting us or through the customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
We offer international shipping. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Any customs duties or import taxes charged on entry to the destination country are the customer's responsibility. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
